If sign-in feels confusing, you are not alone. Follow these steps and you should be back in quickly.
Magic link recovery checklist
- Use the same device and browser where you requested the link.
- Check spam, junk, and promotions folders.
- Request a fresh link if your email is older than 1 hour.
- Confirm the email address is spelled correctly.
- If needed, ask a trusted family member to help with the email step.
Billing & Subscription Help
We use Stripe's secure customer billing portal so you can self-serve common billing tasks quickly.
Manage billing in Stripe
Update payment method, view invoices/receipts, and manage your monthly subscription.
Cancel or change plan
Change plans from Pricing, or cancel monthly billing at period end from Billing.
- Go to Billing to open Stripe billing management.
- Use Change plan to upgrade or switch plans.
- Use Cancel subscription to stop renewal at the end of your current period.
- For card charges you don't recognize, Contact us first so we can investigate quickly.

Include the email address on your Silver Guide account so we can find your profile quickly.
